TAURUS 2022 - Chloé Royer

After a long period of Saturnian austerity, Taurus enjoys a favorable situation to expand its territories, develop and forge links. The artist Chloé Royer in a proposal that seems to catalyze both her research around organic forms and the involvement of the spectator's body, hands us a mirror in which our reflection and a fungal mycorrhiza mingle. By blurring the boundary between human and object, here between human and micro-organisms, Chloé's works upset conventional categories: gender, species, age, morphology, normal and the pathological.
