GEMINI 2024 - Camille Pogu

Camille Pogu was born in 1992, she lives and works in Paris. His work has been presented, among others, at Palais de Tokyo, Espace Voltaire, La Halle des Blancs Manteaux and published in various magazines such as À PART magazine, La Revue Diorama and more recently Censored magazine. Camille Pogu observes the objects and images that surround us to transpose them into a sensitive and sensory universe, close to science fiction, imbued with a destabilizing atmosphere. Attentive to the instrumentations of objects and images, she transforms them, she diverts them, and attempts to give them a new reading tinged with apocalyptic poetry, sometimes pessimistic or not. It makes their status uncertain and malleable, by questioning their collective use. A seesaw between reality, fantasy and plausibility.
